What is the return policy?
At TOORICHOFFOILS, we value your satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURNS - we only accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of the delivery date. to be eligible for a return, your item must be ..
- in its original packaging
- unused and SEALED
- accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at toorichoffhair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, (in most cases we will send return shipping labels to you)
REFUNDS - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
- a refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 Business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping costs (if any) are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used products
- Unsealed oils
- opened, tampered with bundles (all hair)
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS - if your order arrives damaged or incorrect please DO NOT open or unseal it. Please email us WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY at toorichoffhair@gmail.com with a photo of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace or refund any items that arrived defective, damaged, or wrong, and pay for any shipping costs back to us.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your orders is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your package has shipped.
Shipping prices do differ with hair oils and hair bundles due to the difference in product pricing, all hair orders do require a signature at the time of delivery.
Bundle orders (hair orders) are processed within 5-7 Business Days.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
